Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For drop-off addresses outside of 15 miles from our office location in Angier, NC, that exceed 10 minutes of waiting, a $20 per hour wait time rate for ambulatory transportation, or a $30 per hour wait time rate for shuttle, billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Angier, NC, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for ambulatory transportation or shuttle applies. (i.e. If your pickup address is 16 miles from our office, $1.00 will be added to your base rate.)
